Return Policy

All items purchased are non-refundable after being shipped out. Products that are eligible, come with full manufacturer's warranty.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and help you get your manufacturer's warranty.

Cancellation Fee

You are able to cancel your order up until the item is shipped out. There is a 10% cancellation fee that is NONREFUNDABLE. Please note that this disclaimer is on our website banner, in every product description, and is required to be check marked upon checkout.

Backorder Cancellation

When backordering a product, the ETA given is the best Estimated Time of Arrival from our distributor. We do our best to give the most accurate ETA available. Due to demand and product scarcity, this ETA can change at any time by a few weeks to months. Please be aware that if you chose to cancel a backorder, there is a 10% cancellation fee.
